Waiting for the “Let Them Theory” book, it will arrive Tuesday. I cannot wait to read it.
Mind blown!

The latest episode with Dr. Li has really made me think about the choices I’ve made and what I need to change in my eating habits. Thank you so much! Definitely in my top 5 Mel episodes!
Political
Sadly, even Mel caved to the election drama on her IG page. So disappointing. It wasn’t necessary. She does have some occasional good episodes. But if I wanted politics, I wouldn’t go to the self help section! I won’t be listening anymore. I can see that she has an agenda beyond her books etc. Too bad.
Dr. Li Question
(Question for Dr. Li) Hi Mel! Your episode with Dr. Li didn’t disappoint one bit! It was incredibly informative- and I enjoyed learning about how I can take better care of myself. If you happen to speak with Dr. Li again on the podcast about metabolism, what’s the chance you can please ask him the following question? Dr. Li, your notes on fasting really struck a chord. I do have one question though… can I have coffee before my morning workout? I know you mentioned you love coffee and that anything without calories is okay during the fasting period, but I ask because I was told that drinking coffee without something in my stomach will spike my glucose levels. As someone with PCOS, I have been warned to be careful about monitoring insulin resistance in order to lose weight. I hope to hear your thoughts, and thank you in advance!

Fantastic Episode with Dr. Li
Seriously?
Ok, I just listened to this show for the 1st time - it was the health episode with Dr. Li. Is Mel Robbins seriously this stupid? Or is she feigning ignorance to pander to an audience she assumes is this stupid? It has been widely known for the past 20+ years that deli meat and diet soda are basically poison. Mel missed the memo. This lady seriously said she thought deli meat came from a part of an animal shaped like the plastic tube! I refuse to believe that anyone this dumb would be given a platform. How is this a #1 podcast? Do people seriously take her seriously? 🤯
I ❤️ Mel

I just listened to my first episode (Top Expert Advice of 2024) and it will certainly not be my last. It was so moving and inspirational and I look forward to a lot more time with Mel.
I ❤️ Mel, but…Dr. William Li

Hmmm…I would love to believe what Dr. William Li has to say about food, diet, fat, etc., but why in the world does he sound like an infomercial evangelist?! Fishy
Sponsors
12/27/2024
I love you Mel and I love your podcast. I’m a faithful listener since the beginning and will continue to be. I’m concerned by 2 recent sponsors that have shown up on your podcasts, Rice a Roni and something peanut butter and jelly that I’ve forgotten the name of. Both highly processed foods. Usually your sponsors are high quality products and companies that are going to help me be better. You have done so many podcasts on health and wellness and I know the negative impact of these products to our bodies and minds is something you are aware of. I just wanted to add my opinion and ask you to continue to accept sponsorship from companies that will help us help ourselves be better and do better.
Too fluffy and salesy
12/28/2024
I really want to give a higher rating but I can’t because Mel drags things out so much and is way too salesy — I can’t recommend this to friends. (I’d like to.) The content is good, but the delivery ruins it.
